Abstract
Objective To observe the maleic acid enalaprilat folic acid treatment H the clinical effect of high blood pressure. Methods Choose H, 140 cases of hypertension patients, randomly divided into research group and the control group, 70 cases in each group. Team with 10 mg 0.8 mg/maleic acid enalaprilat folic acid tablets, control group patients give 10 mg maleic acid enalaprilat, course of 6 months, periodic testing patients' blood homocysteine, record complications occurred. Results The patients with team in 2, 4, and 6 months after drug blood homocysteine levels and blood pressure is significantly lower than the control group, significant difference, statistically significant ( < 0.05). Patients with the team in a 3 cases of cerebral apoplexy, new incidence was 4.2%, the control group there were 12 cases of new stroke, rate of 17.14%, with statistical significance ( <0.05). Conclusion Maleic acid enalaprilat folic acid treatment H hypertension treatment effect significantly, can reduce the patient's blood pressure, serum Hcy levels, reduce the occurrence of cerebral apoplexy, worthy of further promotion of use.关键词
