Abstract
Objective To assess the significance of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy in technology usefuness for basic hospital. Methods 192 cases who prepired for biopsy were recruited in this prospective study from Jan 2011 to Sep 2015. After routine examination by color Doppler Ultrasound, ultrasound-guided biopsy was conducted for each patient and histopathological examination was followed. Results All patients, biopsy was conducted on 16 cases at live tissue, 131 at breast, 21 at prostate, 11 at lung, 10 at superficial tissues 1 at retroperitoneum mass and 2 at pelvic mass. Biopsy-related complications occurred in 2 cases, resulting in an incidence rate of 1.04%. Diagnosis was confirmed at 178 patients (92.7%) and tendency diagnosis was made at 11 patients (5.7%). The diagnosis could not be made at 3 cases (1.6%). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided biopsy is a safe, practicable and reliable method in identifying malignant and benign diseases. It provides evidence-based treatment options for physicians and is worthy of application in primary hospitals.关键词
