摘要

Abstract

Objective Discuss the importance of humanities and medical ethics construction in the whole process of medical services. Methods In our hospital from 2013 to 2015 who planning commission third -party evaluation satisfaction measurement of the enhancement of the masses satisfaction survey data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Our hospital medical institutions directly under the provincial planning commission of 17 and four in the central sichuan medical institution's overall score ranking, for three consecutive years ranked first. Conclusion Hospital continuously strengthen medical ethics construction of humanities, humanities and medical ethics throughout the medical service, always can improve patient satisfaction.
