Abstract
Objective To analysis of combined detection of pleural effusion INF - gamma, ADA, CEA, CA125 in benign and malignant pleural effusion in the differential diagnosis value of experience. Methods From September 2014 to August 2015 between 66 patients with pleural effusion were treated as research object, according to the pathology examination result into group of 36 cases of benign and malignant groups, 30 cases of patients with breast in the water INF activity, ADA, CEA, CA125 ingredients - both for testing, comparing differences between the results of two groups. Results 30 cases of tumor markers in patients with malignant group, CA125 and CEA levels higher than in benign group, significant difference ( < 0.05); At the same time, the patients with malignant group INF - gamma and ADA expression level is lower than the benign group, also has a significant difference ( < 0.05). Conclusion In patients with pleural effusion for INF - gamma, ADA, CEA, CA125 detection indicators and for differentiating benign and malignant degree is of great significance of the disease.关键词
