Investigation of Food Poisoning Caused by Edible Wild Mushrooms

摘要

Abstract

Objective In order to find out the cause of this food poisoning accident, so as to take effective treatment measures. Methods Investigation of the incident related persons and survey the scene, while collecting samples for analysis and identification of suspected poisoning. Results Nineteen workers were surveyed. Workers did not eat wild mushrooms were not poisoned. The workers showed severe symptoms whom eating larger amount of wild mushrooms and drink liquor at same time. Investigation and analysis this accident through the clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory examination results of epidemiological survey. Conclusion This food poisoning accident was caused by eating wild mushrooms.
