Abstract
Objective To study the renal pelvis urine of n/med tuberculosis bacterium smears on the effects of early diagnosis and atypical renal tuberculosis. Methods Through laboratory and imaging examination and operation in the diagnosis and treatment of 164 patients with renal tuberculosis were retrospectively studied. Results The bladder irritation, hematuria, flank pain was the most common clinical symptoms, abnormal urine routine, urine sediment for acid fast bacilli, serum tuberculosis antibody examination, tuberculosis T cell detection, PCR - TB testing positive rate is not high, further by ultrasound, April, CT, MRU to improve the positive rate, the early and atypical renal tuberculosis by renal pelvis urine for smear examination of n/med tuberculosis bacterium, can improve the diagnostic level.Conclusion Combined multi -disciplinary examination and treatment, especially in renal pelvis urine for n/med tuberculosis bacterium smear detection is of great help to the diagnosis of renal tuberculosis, especially in the early and the application of atypical renal tuberculosis diagnosis has great significance.关键词
