Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of T type incision cesarean section in the lower segment of the uterus with high straight line. Methods Analysis I center in October 2008 to 2016 years 1 month, fetal high straight for uterine t incision cesarean section Caesarean 15 cases of a (observation group A) and uterine lower segment transverse incision cesarean section birth operation in 5 cases (control group B) The clinical data, observed the effect of surgery and postoperative condition. Results Patients in group a underwent uterine lower segment of T type incision cesarean section, (40 ±5) min of operation time, intraoperative hemorrhage (300 ±50) ml, fetal childbirth time: 20 '~ 3' and neonatal Apgar 1 minute score 7 '~10';patients in group B underwent uterine lower segment transverse incision cesarean section, operation time (50±10) min, intraoperative hemorrhage (400 ±50) ml, fetal childbirth time:1 '~ 5', the minutes of the neonatal Apgar1 score 5 '~ 10',two groups of fetal weight (3.0 ~ 4.2) kg,the success rate of operation was 100%. Conclusion Different fetal position adopted different modes of operation can reduce the risk of surgery, full-term fetus high straight for uterine t incision cesarean section is a simple and effective surgical method, especially suitable for primary hospital implementation.关键词
