摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the outpatient queuing system in the outpatient department of Tangdu Hospital,and to implement the plan to the outpatient queuing system.Methods First,optimize the treatment process;two,to strengthen the appointment registration functions;three,the deployment of self-service terminal.Results The system is efficient,high quality and more systematic and standardized.Conclusion The optimized system can provide satisfactory and efficient service and support to patients and hospital administrators.关键词
