Abstract
Objective To analysis leads to the cause of emergency medicine coma patients,and observe its clinical effect.Methods Our hospital medical emergency treatment in a total of 126 cases of patients with coma.After patients admitted to hospital for emergency rescue,watch the causes, influence factors and prognosis of patients.Results 126 cases of coma patients the cause of the top three for cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage, low or high permeability,mortality top three multiple viscera function failure,myocardial infarction,cerebral hemorrhage.Look from the incidence, mortality were significantly higher than those of chronic diseases,as a result of organ failure,with statistical difference ( <0.05).Look from the unconscious level,mild and moderate coma death no statistical difference ( >0.05),but the mortality rate,as a result of severe coma significantly higher than that of mild and moderate coma.Look from the hospitalized time,hospital mortality of patients with the lowest within 1 h,more than 4 h highest rates of patients hospitalized,between and among all have statistical difference ( >0.05).Conclusion Cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage,low or high permeability is the main factor lead to emergency medical patients in a coma,and the heavier,coma of patients with organ failure patients,hospital outcomes in patients with the longer the worse,the higher the mortality.关键词
