Abstract
Objective To analyze the short-term effects of laparoscopic hepatectomy for liver cancer and open hepatectomy in liver cancer.Methods 60 cases of liver cancer patients admitted to our hospital as the observation object,according to the actual operation of the patients were divided into laparoscopic group 26 cases and 34 cases of open surgery group.Open surgery group patients were treated with conventional open surgery;laparoscopic surgery patients were treated with laparoscopic guided liver resection.The amount of bleeding and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results All the indexes were better than the laparotomy group, <0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic liver resection for liver cancer patients with less trauma,can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,has a high value of application.关键词
