摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the patients afterabdominal surgery application effect of self-control vein analgesia nursing management scheme. Methods The patients ofabdominal surgeryin our hospital 142 cases as the research object,according to admission time is divided into research group and the control group,controlgroup 71 cases,the conventionalanalgesia nursing management;Group 71 examples,implement way of postoperative intravenous self-control analgesia nursing management,compared twogroups of patients with different nursing management effect.Results The team all the indexes were better than controlgroup,with statistical significance, <0.05.Conclusion After abdominalsurgery,the use of self-control vein analgesianursing management,better analgesia effect,lessadverse reaction,less postoperative complications and promote the recovery ofthe patients with the body,reducing the workload of nursing,is worthy of application.关键词
