Abstract
Objective To :analyze the locking plate fixation of complex tibial plateau fractures clinical results, provide a reference for clinical use. Methods In our hospital, 58 cases of complex tibial plateau fractures were as object of observation time was treated from March 2011 to June 2014, using the randomized manner will be divided into two groups, the experimental group of 29 patients in the control group, 29 cases the control group received conventional plates for treatment, the experimental group received locking plate fixation for treatment, was observed between the two groups of complex tibial plateau fracture patients after fracture healing time and HSS knee function evaluation. Results After the existence of complex tibial plateau fracture patients healing time and HSS knee function evaluation of comparative results significantly different, <0.05. Conclusion Complex tibial plateau fractures were taken to locking plate fixation for treatment, patients can effectively shorten healing time, significantly improve knee function in patients, it is worth promoting.关键词
