摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss early diagnosis and treatment for male macroprolactinomas.Methods 1 case was a imvasive giant prolactinoma,2 cases were invasive macroprolactinomas.2 patients with macroadenoma were only medical therapy with dopamine agonists (DA),the patient with giant prolactinoma was performed two operations,his tumor was removed uncompletely and PRL level was more than 4000Ug/L.He was also received mendical threapy with DA.Results The PRL level in two patients were normal.The PRL level in giant prolactinoma was less than 100 Ug/L. Conclusion The early diagnosis of male macroprolactinomas are demanded for relative doctors of cooperation.Medical therapy with DA is the first choice treatment of prolactinoma.The effect is well.A high preoperative level is predictive only factor of unsuccessful surgery.关键词
