Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of Guidelines for the prevention and control technology of catheter-associated urinary tract infection by carrying out the scientific analysis of the pathogen existing within the urinary tract infection disease on the patients who receive indwelling catheter in ICU ward.Methods First,collect the information of the patients with indwelling catheter in ICU ward during the period of about two years from Jan.2011 to Dec.2012.Second,divide the patients into 2 groups.Then observe and analyze the urinary tract infection of the 2 groups of patients with indwelling catheter separately.Finally.Results The chance of suffering from urinary tract infection is proportional to the length of time with indwelling catheter inside.Besides,women are at greater risk than men.And the main pathogen are gram-negative bacteria.Conclusion Control the time of placing indwelling catheter;standardize operating procedures;strengthen the management and supervision of catheter nursing;strengthen the regulation of the entire aseptic technique and hand hygiene.All of the above mentioned can effectively reduce the infection as well as relieve pains for patients.关键词
