高频超声检查在低位肛瘘诊断中的应用价值OA
Application Value of High Frequency Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Anal Fistula
目的探讨高频超声检查在低位肛瘘术前诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对照手术结果回顾性分析79例低位肛瘘患者的术前高频超声检查的声图像资料。结果高频超声诊断对低位单纯性肛瘘的瘘管及瘘口诊断的符合率为100%，对低位复杂性肛瘘的瘘管及瘘口诊断的符合率为83.3%。结论高频超声能够观察低位肛瘘的瘘管走行及分支、瘘口的位置，为外科治疗提供较为准确、可靠的信息。
