Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of the elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture with the treatment of the femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly patients with the semi hip replacement and PFNA.Methods 40 cases of patients were divided into M,N two groups,M group for the control group,the PFNA group was treated with N group,the observation group was treated with the method of semi hip replacement for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients.Results The operation time and bed time of N group was significantly less than that of M group,the bleeding volume of M group was significantly less than that of N group,the beginning of N group was significantly earlier than M group( <0.05),the recovery of hip function in group N was better than M group( <0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly,the method of semi hip replacement is more advantageous than PFNA in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.关键词
