Abstract
Objective To explore the oropharyngeal airway tube application value in pre-hospital first aid and transport. Methods Select 100 cases of patients with pre-hospital emergency as the research object, and all of the patients in pre-hospital first aid, and operation must be assisted ventilation in the treatment. According to the center of random method divided the patients into two groups, the treatment group treated with oropharyngeal airway tube, and the control group received the closed type oxygen treatment, the contrast of the differences between two groups patients assisted ventilation. Results The experimental group airway open place time, placement time, blood oxygen saturation rise time were significantly better than that of control group ( <0.05). Conclusion Oropharyngeal airway tube can effectively shorten the pre-hospital emergency patients with oxygen inhaling time rise time and blood oxygen saturation.关键词
