摘要
Abstract
Objective In order to access the application value of Automated Capillary zone Hemoglobin Electrophoresis in Thalassemia screening. Methods Implement the automated capillary Hb electrophoresis apparatus to do Hemoglobin analysis for 2177 specimens in our hospital, which patient age range is from one year old to adult. Besides, implement the single-tube multiplex PCR and RDB/PCR technical to detect and diagnoseα&βThalassemia genetic respectively in these specimens.Results In 2177 specimens, there are 653 cases of HbA2<2.5%, the proportion is 30%;and the HbA2>3.5% is 230 cases, proportion is 10.56%. Select 116 case of HbA2<2.5% and 115 cased of HbA2>3.5% to α&βThalassemia genetic diagnosis. For 116 case of HbA2<2.5%, conduct Thalassemia genetic analysis and detection which is including αdeletion type, three common αnon-deletion types in Chinese, and seventeen types of common βThalassemia in Chinese. And detect out 94 cases of α- Thalassemia, coincidence rate is 81.03%. For 115 cases of HbA2>3.5%, also conduct the same types Thalassemia genetic analysis and detection. The detect result is 98 cases β-Thalassemia and 16 casesα&βcomposite Thalassemia, coincidence rate is 99.13%.Conclusion The Hemoglobin analysis and Genetic detect analysis have good coincidence by capillary electrophoresis technique, which can be implement for Thalassemia screening.关键词
