Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing problems of patients with common Department of Neurosurgery stroke, and put forward specific solutions. Methods In our hospital from January 2013 to October 2015 were nursing problems of 63 stroke patients as the research object, the types and causes of statistical nursing problems, and put forward specific solutions. Results In this group of 63 cases of nursing of stroke patients there were various nursing problems in 197 cases, including medicine and nursing of 21 cases, safety management of 54 cases, psychological care for 23 cases, nursing care of the complications of 48 cases, and daily care of 51 cases. Conclusion The nursing safety problems, daily nursing problems and complications nursing problems are common problems in clinical nursing of patients with brain stroke and daily work to strengthen safety management, on patients with meticulous care, the incidence of complications is high strengthen forecast nursing and to improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.关键词
