Abstract
Objective To study the indwelling central venous catheter in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion in nursing.Methods 60 patients admitted to hospital in April 2014 to April 2015 to patients with indwelling central venous catheter in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion,the retrospective analysis of the clinical data and summarize some points and countermeasures of nursing.Results The group after careful treatment and nursing care of 60 patients,mean catheter time (14.32±2.35)d.Where a catheter 1 loss,1 cases of pneumothorax,treatment success rate is 96.67%. Conclusion Malignant pleural effusion in patients with indwelling central venous catheter in the treatment process,be reasonable in patients with nursing intervention,doing catheter care,psychological care,work,can improve the patient's treatment.关键词
