Abstract
Objective To compare the different doses of budesonide suspension in treatment of acute attack of asthma in children.Methods 126 children with acute attack of asthma who treated by budesonide suspension in our hospital were selected,cases were divided into low dose treatment group and high dose treatment group,63 cases in each group.Results The total effective rate of cases in high dose treatment group was 93.7%,which was significantly higher than that in control group (79.4%),the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Taking high dose budesonide suspension in treatment of acute attack of asthma in children has better clinical effect.关键词
