Abstract
Objective Discuss the methods of nursing interns complete the learning quality and smooth transition to become qualified nursing staff in clinical internship.Methods To strengthen nurses' professional emotion, internship training theory and the practice operation, improve the clinical teacher's level and the traditional teaching scheme.Results Nursing interns internship quality is constantly improving.Conclusion The practice of the scientific teaching methods improve the overall quality of the nursing staff of a certain influence fundamentally.关键词
