New Trends in Autophagy Research-Autophagy Flow
摘要
Abstract
Autophagy is one of the hot topics in biomedical research.Which is widely involved in various physiological and pathological processes. Previous studies on autophagy have evaluated the level of autophagosome,and recently found that the increase of autophagosome can not reflect the level of autophagy in nature.It can only reflect the induction of autophagy and the inhibition of autophagosome.From the point of autophagy flux,the number of the autophagosome is affected by the formation and removal of the two aspects,accurate and comprehensive assessment of autophagy not only includes the detection of the body,but also includes the dynamic observation of the entire flux ofautophagy is smooth.We promote the combination of dynamic and static detection methods to obtain reliable data,which can effectively explain the occurrence of autophagy and the changes of autophagy flux.关键词
