Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and risperidone for two drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods From our hospital psychiatric department admitted to hospital 118 schizophrenic patients according to admission order were divided into study group and control group with 59 cases in each group,the study group was treated with aripiprazole,the control group were treated with risperidone and the treatment results were compared between the two groups.Results In the treatment of two groups of patients, the study group of patients with effective rate of 93.2% was better than the control group 91.5%, The difference was not statistically significant ( > 0.05), adverse reactions occurred in 32 patients in control group, 18 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the study group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( < 0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole and risperidone on schizophrenia patients with positive and negative symptoms are effective,and aripiprazole has less adverse reactions and better compliance, especially in the spirit of the female schizophrenic patients and clinical shall be applied.关键词
