Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of oxygen inhalation on reducing the incidence of postoperative shoulder pain in patients with Lc. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital 2010~2015 years simple LC surgery of cholecystolithiasis patients with a total of 420 patients were randomized to two groups as the intervention group and routine group, group received routine postoperative oxygen four hours 2 L/min;intervention group oxygen 4 L/min oxygen 6~8 hours, and to encourage early ambulation of patients. Pain score of two groups of patients was observed. Results the incidence of pain in the experimental group was significantly lower, and the pain of the shoulder was significantly less than that of the conventional group ( <0.05). Conclusion The incidence of shoulder pain can be effectively reduced by increasing and increasing oxygen flow after LC operation.关键词
