Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of children with rotavirus diarrhea by the combination of the low osmotic oral liquid and the zinc preparation. Methods 107 cases of 4 months to 5 years round rotavirus diarrhea were randomly divided into three groups, on the basis of routine treatment of diarrhea, group A give ORS II, Group B give ORS III, group C give ors III combined with zinc preparations. After treatment, observe correct dehydration in each group, and treatment of abdominal diarrhea symptom improvement time, diarrhea with the whole course as well as the groups use the proportion of intravenous fluid therapy on the clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of the three groups were 66.7%, 89.1%, 95%, A group and C group were statistically significant ( < 0.01). Conclusion The treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea with low osmotic oral fluid infusion combined with zinc preparation can improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the course of disease.关键词
