Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the correlation between elderly syncope and aortic arch highlight image. Methods 120 elderly patients with syncope treated in our hospital from November 2004 to November 2011 were selected as the observation group, and other normal elderly people without syncope were selected as the control group, and both the two groups received X ray examination on chest. Imaging manifestations of the X ray chest radiograph of patients in the two groups were observed. Results The relevance ratio of the aortic arch highlight image of patients in the observation group was 45.83%, while that of the obvious aortic arch highlight image of patients in the observation group was 21.67%, which were apparently higher than the control group; the aorta diameters of patients in the observation was less than those of the control group, when the blood pressure were higher than the control group, cardiac output, ejection fraction significantly lower than control group; the imaging manifestations of the X ray chest radiograph showed that the two ventricles of patients in the observation group enlarged, Pulmonary blood flow stasis is obvious,and the occurrence rates of the tumor highlighting of the pulmonary artery were respectively 16.67%, 15.83%, which were higher than those of the control group, with p<0.05, which is of statistical significance. Conclusion The occurrence rate of aortic arch highlight image is higher in the elderly patients with syncope, and they have a close relationship.关键词
