摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of extension nursing service on the quality of life and compliance behavior of discharged patients of early chronic renal failure . Methods 90 discharged patients diagnosed with early chronic renal failure were chosen as the research object, and were divided into observation group and control group, 45 patients in each group. The control group was given regular nurse care and health education, and the observation group adopted by extension nursing service., including follow-up, Micro message platform, the guidance and supervision of drugs, diet and exercise . Comparing the self- nursing ability and compliance of patients in two groups for 1 year after discharged. Comparing the quality of life in hospital with 1 year after discharged. Results The patients of two groups have no significant difference in diet, medication compliance and referral. The observation group was better than the control group in self-testing blood pressure, recording symptoms and medicine eating, index and quality of life. Conclusion Extension nursing service can improve the compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure.关键词
