Abstract
Objective Research of digestive endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with clinical nursing experience. Methods Selected from August 2012 to March 2015,74 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,according to the random grouping method is divided into control group and observation group,control group to implement the routine hemostatic treatment,observation group implement digestive endoscopic hemostatic treatment,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results Treatment group the total effective rate was 97.3%, control group total effective rate was 81.08%,observation group is significantly higher than the control group,comparing differences significant statistical significance ( <0.05).Conclusion Digestive endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients,the treatment effect is remarkable,has high clinical value.关键词
