Clinical Effect of Methylprednisolone Combined with Gamma Globulin Impact of High Dose Methylprednisolone in the Treatment of Acute Myelitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analysis of methylprednisolone of large dose of methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin impact to the clinical effect of the treatment of acute myelitis.Methods Selected in our hospital in March 2011 and 2015 from October of 84 cases of acute spinal cord inflammation patients,were randomly divided into experimental group (42 cases)and control group (42 cases),given in the experimental group were treated with high dose of methylprednisolone methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin impact treatment,patients in the control group was only applied methylprednisolone intravenous high-dose glucocorticoid treatment,record the patient's feeling recovery time,began to voiding time,get out of bed,walking time.Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group( <0.05).Conclusion high dose methylprednisolone combined with immunoglobulin has good clinical effect in the treatment of acute myelitis.关键词
