Abstract
As one and the only municipality in Southwest China, Chongqing is the important link between the East and West, and the north and South in the national strategy of “the Belt and Road Initiatives”, which has a extremely important geographical su-periority.According to the development of unique advantages, combined with the national strategy of “the Belt and Road Initia-tives”of Chongqing “the support point of western region development and opening up” of the positioning requirements, it is pro-posed to optimize the favorable environment of opening to the outside world, to insist the combination of “bringing in” and “going out”,and to innovate industry formats, hoping these efforts will realize the national strategy of “the Belt and Road Initiatives”with Chongqing’s own characteristics of the depth of the combination and positive interaction, and raise suggestions for creating the Chongqing as inland open new heights.关键词
