摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the requirement of γ spectrometry for high energy resolu-tion,a HPGe γ spectrometry based on digital pulse shaping technology was designed. The HPGeγspectrometry with the full energy scale of 8 1 92 channels,consists of front-end circuit,digital pulse processing module and upper computer software.The design of front-end circuit and the selection of the digital pulse shaping parameters in the digital pulse processing module were introduced.Meanwhile,the sources of 60 Co,1 34 Cs,1 3 7 Cs and 1 5 2 Eu were applied to test the HPGe γspectrometry.The test results show that the energy resolution for 1 332 keV peak of 60 Co is 1.8 keV.The linear fitting factor R 2 between peaks of 1 5 2 Eu and their corresponding channels can reach 0.999 993.The designed HPGe γ spectrometry can meet the requirement of γ spectrometry for high energy resolution.
