摘要

Abstract

We consider a system of three uncorrelated qubits coupled to a common environment of a single har -monic oscillator.By studying the effects of qubts -environment coupling strength and initial state of the qubits on quantum correlations , we find that the environment can induce quantum correlations , propose and prove four propositions to demonstrate how the single harmonic oscillator mediate the distribution of quantum correlations a -mong three qubits.We obtain the condition under which quantum correlations in any two qubits can be estab -lished.Especially , for weak coupling , we can achieve much amount of quantum correlations between qubits , while the environment remains isolated always from the system .In general , the dynamics of quantum correlations are complicated due to the two competing roles of the environment: inducing entanglement between the qubits and making them decoherent which destroys quantum correlations .
