Realization and Dynamic Analysis of the Intelligent AC Contactors With Electromagnetic Controllable Force

Abstract
Based on the principles of repulsion and attraction between electromagnetic poles and the magnetic remanence of semi-hard magnetic alloy materials, a new intelligent AC contactor design method was proposed by a new contactor structure model which has following characteristics: controllable electromagnetic counter-force, remanence and double-coil. The three dimensional dynamic characteristics of the double-coils intelligent AC contactor were tested and analyzed by using the single camera vision technology. By analyzing the test results, the double-coils intelligent AC contactor can realize closing more rapidly, silently energy-saving retention and micro arc energy breaking.关键词
