A New Algorithm for Distribution Network State Estimation Considering Three-phase Decoupling Based on Tellegen’s Theorem Solving

Abstract
A new algorithm for three-phase decoupling state estimation of distribution network was proposed. In this method, measurements were transformed in a mixed mode to improve the precision of the traditional current measurement transformation. In addition, asymmetrical three-phase state estimation was solved based on current decoupling- compensation model and Tellegen’s Theorem. This method could fit the measurement situation of distribution network. It was also suitable to network considering cable capacitance. The solving method was simple. It could satisfy the real-time requirement of distribution network automation. Typical distribution network cases show the validity and efficiency of this method.关键词
