摘要
Abstract
After transferring the responsibilities of livestock and poultry slaughter management from the commercial departmet to the agricultural department in Nanfeng County,Jiangxi Province,a new mode of animal slaughtering management was expected. However,the new system design,the grass-root capability,and the local social custom became the main constraint on the new mode development. Suggestions of adhering to government-led,giving full play to the market's positive role,investigating illegal violation cases vigorously and strengthening inter sectoral coordination,were put forward.关键词
