Abstract
It's a complex and difficult problem to treat sick and dead animals during transportation.To solve this big problem;the mechanism of daily training,emergency response,material storage for the animal carriers,the establishment of isolation station,linkage mechanism,guarantee and privilege mecharism for managers;and the mechanism of improving the law,increasing the illegal cost,improving compensation amount,et al,should be enhanced.关键词
