猪流行性腹泻病毒LAMP检测方法的建立及初步应用

摘要
Abstract
Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)is a major etiological factor of diarrhea and death in piglets. Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)assay for rapid detection of PEDV was developed and it could complete de-tection within 60 min. Both agarose gel electrophoresis and naked eyes were able to detect the products in the LAMP as-say. The sensitivity of LAMP could reach to 108 dilutions. These results indicated that the new LAMP method was a very simple and efficient detection method with high sensitivity and specificity for the clinical diagnosis of PEDV in swine farms,which would suit the requirements of rapid detection in laboratory and general conditions.关键词
