地勘单位岗位设置存在的问题:①少数人对岗位设置工作重要性认识不足;②岗位设置相关政策过于原则;③部分岗位存在“因人设岗”现象;④工作分析不明确,工作职能的划分没有细化造成工作职责出现交叉或盲区。岗位设置是企业人力资源管理的关键环节,地勘单位应遵循要素有用、能级对应、公平竞争等原理,针对存在的问题,采取知人识事,兴趣引导,因事择人、因事设岗,做好工作分析等策略优化岗位设置。
