摘要

Abstract

Micro-wire electrical discharge machining using gas as processing medium,might be used to process hard-cutting materials and complex parts,featured with low stress and no burr.The effects of slot width and roughness of specimens influenced by open circuit voltage,electrode capaci-tance,air pressure and relative electrode feed-rate were researched.Experimental results show that air pressure,relative electrode feed-rate and electrode capacitance have obvious effects on slot width and roughness.The change of open circuit voltage has little to do with processing results.
