硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对经皮冠状动脉介入术的术后心肌保护作用研究
Clinical trial of clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin on the protection of myocardium after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of combined clopi-dogrel bisulfate tablets with aspirin on the protection of myocardium after percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI ) .Methods Ninety -eight cases with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group 49 cases and experiment group 49 cases, the patients in two groups were given conventional treatment and symptomatic treatment .Then the control group received aspirin 150 mg, 1 times a day, the experiment group combined with 75 mg clopidogrel bisulfate tablets , 1 times a day , 7 days of continuous use .Two groups of patients were underwent with PCI , and received aspirin 300 mg+clopidogrel bisulfate tablets 75 mg, after operation , 1 times a day , continuous take 3 months.The clinical effects , serum creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase (AST), lactate dehydro-genase ( LDH ) , C -reactive protein ( CRP ) , cardiac troponin T (TnT), P-selectin(Ps), P-glycoprotein ligand 1 ( PSGL-1) levels and adverse reactions were investigated and compared.Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the control group was 81.63%, it was significantly low-er than the experiment group with 95.92%( P<0.05 ).Serum levels of CK , AST, LDH in two groups were significant-ly decreased after administration ( P<0.05 ).Compared with control group , the serum levels of CK [ (741.56 ±77.45 ) U・ L-1vs (632.42 ±65.46)U・ L-1, P<0.05], AST [(449.24 ±50.64) U・ L-1vs (362.46 ±40.72) U・ L-1, P<0.05], LDH[(500.24 ±51.42) U・ L -1vs (426.87 ±45.73) U・ L-1, P<0.05] in experiment group were sig-nificantly decreased (P<0.05).Serum CRP, TnT, Ps, PSGL-1 levels were significantly decreased , and the experi-ment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 6.12%, the experiment group was 16.33%, the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05 ) . Conclusion Clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin was effective with high safety for treatment before PCI .关键词
