神经星型胶质细胞活化在脊髓损伤修复中的作用研究
Study on the effect of neural astrocyte activation in spinal cord injury repair

Abstract
Objective To study the function of neural activation of astrocytes in spinal cord injury repair. Methods According to the method of random number of rats can be divided into two groups , 20 cases in each group.Control group and test group were repaired using conventional methods such as intravenous infusion of dexamethasone and mannitol, etc., on the basis of conventional method , the test group implanted neural star -shaped glial cell repair .Function recovery after spinal cord injury criteria in rats was evaluated by Basso mouse scale ( BMS).The damage zone was delimited by glial fibrillary acidic protein ( GFAP) staining and repaired situation .The neuron survival situation form was determined by NeuN staining in two groups of rats . Results BMS scores in rats between the two groups at one day after spi-nal cord injury was not statistically significant in test group with (0.9 ±0.1) and in control group with (1.0 ±0.1)(P>0.05).BMS score in test group with (4.7 ±0.9 ) after treatment for 7 days was signifi-cantly higher than control group with (2.6 ±0.5)(P<0.05).The dam-age area with ( 0.33 ±0.04 ) mm2 and damage the void area with (0.07 ±0.02 ) mm2 in test group after the treated was significantly less than the control group with (0.57 ±0.04 ) mm2 and (0.11 ±0.03 ) mm2 ,repectively ( P <0.05 ) .The damaged area appeared surviving neurons and neuronal survival quantity in test group significantly more than the control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion The repair had good effect on spinal cord injury in rats using neural over astrocyte activation , it can promote the function of rat blood , tissue repair.关键词
