Abstract
Objective To evaluate the relationship between transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) T869C polymorphism and essential hyper-tension (EH) using Meta-analysis, and to provide a basis for evidence-based medicine of the genetic background of EH .Methods Eligible articles published before October 2015 were collected the Chinese and foreign databases.Results A total of 7 studies(2822 cases) were avai-lable in this analysis , including 1560 cases in treatment group and 1322 cases in control group .The Meta -analysis results of T869 C genotype and the allele results showed significant difference ( P<0.01 ) .Conclu-sion TGF-β1 T869 C polymorphism might be associated with EH.关键词
