摘要
Abstract
The primary function of sodium channels is selective permi-ssion of transmembrane transport of Na +and transmission as well as main-tenance of cell excitability.Micro RNAs ( miRNAs) are a sort of endoge-nous non-coding small RNA molecules , which can regulate the expre-ssion of target genes after transcription .The present article aims to review the researches on the role of miRNAs in regulating the expression of sodium channels and to discuss the development prospect of it in the clinical diagnosis and relative disease treatments .关键词
