皮肤磨削术结合薄皮片修复外伤性色素脱失和浅表瘢痕OACSTPCD
Repair of traumatic epidermal depigmentation and superifcial scar using dermabrasion combined with autologous skin slice
目的:探讨磨削术结合薄皮片移植修复外伤性色素脱失和浅表瘢痕的治疗效果。方法:手术在局部浸润麻醉或全身麻醉下进行,采用普通牙科打磨机磨削,转速为15000~30000r/m,磨削深度以创面出现均匀出血点为度,薄皮片移植后加压包扎5~7d,换药拆线后随访1~9年。结果:101例外伤性色素脱失(80例)和浅表瘢痕(21例)患者进行了磨削+薄皮片移植术,所移植皮片100%成活,随访1~9年,色素脱失患者术后皮肤与正常皮肤色泽基本一致,而浅表瘢痕患者皮肤外…查看全部>>
Objective To evaluate the effect of dermabrasion combined with autologous skin slice on the repair of traumatic depigmentation and superficial scar.Methods Operation was carried out under local infiltration anesthesia or general anesthesia. Diamond-driven dental drill was used at a speed of 15 000-30 000r/m. It was grinded until appearance of even bleeding points at the wound.
