摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the fractional ultrapulsed CO2 laser treatment in clinical application of atrophic scar, and to observe the clinical efifcacy and safety.MethodsThe pulse of different causes of atrophic scar were treated with CO2 laser. According to the degree of satisfaction of patients,doctors evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the treatment.Results 37 patients were treated 1 times,2 times,3 times, the significant efficiency were 55.6%,76.5% and 81.8%.Treatment effect and treatment times was positively related to the number, the better the effect, the tendency has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). There were no infection, postinlfammatory hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation and other complications.Conclusion Pulse CO2laser treatment of atrophic scar curative effect is good.关键词
