红蓝光、强脉冲光联合新型超分子水杨酸治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察OACSTPCD
Clinical observation of treatment of acne vulgaris through red and blue light, intense pulsed light combined with new supramolecular salicylic acid
目的：研究红蓝光、强脉冲光联合新型超分子水杨酸治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法：共观察61例寻常性痤疮患者，随机分为三组。红蓝光联合强脉冲光组（光疗组）19例，新型超分子水杨酸组（水杨酸组）22例，红蓝光、强脉冲光联合新型超分子水杨酸组（联合治疗组）20例，治疗结束后1个月对比三组疗效。结果：光疗组与联合治疗组有效率比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）；水杨酸组与联合组比较（χ2=4.98，P＜0.05）,差异具有显著性。联合治疗组皮损计数与治疗前相比…查看全部>>
