摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of allogeneic scleral and conjunctival on the repair of the tarsus defect at the time of eyelid malignant tumor excision.Methods 32 cases (with 30 eyes) was selected. The eyelid defect after eyelid malignant tumor excision was reconstructed by allogeneic scleral and conjunctival preserved with glycerin. ResultsAll cases were followed up 6 months to 12months. One week later,all of the 32cases had appeared little of CNV in allogeneic conjunctival.One month later, neovascularization was increased, with ruddy smooth membrane. After 3 months,the vessels and colour were similar with the normal conjunctiva. All cases had normal shape and function except one case with mild lower eyelid retraction. Conclusion Allogeneic scleral and conjunctival on the repair of the tarsus defect after eyelid malignant tumor excision is safe and reliable, Allogeneic scleral and conjunctival is ideal material to reconstruct the eyelid defect.关键词
