摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of pedicle temporal fascia lfap combined with full thickness skin graft for repairing traumatic eyelid facial defect. Methods To design and transfer 12 cases of curing the soft tissue of the eyelid facial defects to use temporal fascia lfapscombined with full thickness skin graft.Results In all the 12 cases of patients with the soft tissue defects of the traumatic eyelid, the temporal fascia lfap and the transplant lfap survived well, and achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion The way of using temporal fascia lfap to repair the defect of soft tissueof the traumatic eyelid facial is safe and reliable, and it provides a new way of repairing thethe defect of soft tissueof the traumatic eyelid facial.关键词
