摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the results of using modiifed A-T lfap for repairing the face skin defect.MethodsFrom January of 2010 to December of 2015, modiifed A-T lfaps have been used to repair face skin defects following excision of nevus, scars and cutaneous tumors in 48 patients. Lesions of skin were removed in pentagon shape and formed modiifed A-T lfap adjacent the defect. The lfap was advanced from sides to middle and covered the defect. Results All lfaps survived with primary healing, and cosmetic results were satisfactory. ConclusionModiifed A-T lfap is a good choice for repairing the face skin defect and it is easily performed.关键词
